Tetro Files is essentially an encyclopedia of the planet Tetro. Never heard of it? Click here to learn the basics.

[edit] What is the Tetro Files Project?

The project, which is financed by the Conservative Separatists Alliance (CSA), is to create a site on Earth's "Internet" that is a repository of knowledge and information regarding Tetro. When completed, it will be similar to the site "Wikipedia" in terms of its structure and comprehensiveness, but the material will be presented entirely from a Tetrian perspective. It is being carried out in direct subversion of the Interplanetary Isolation Doctrine (IID) issued by the Dramilian Federation, the corporation/government that is currently in power over most of the Gamial Peninsula.

[edit] Why would you deliberately share knowledge with us against your government's regulations?

First of all, the Dramilian Federation is more of a private social-services organization than a government, and thus does not have the degree of power that most citizens of Earth ascribe to their governing bodies. To read more about Tetrian governments, click here. The IID was drafted by particularly closed-minded, unsympathetic individuals whose primary concern is the economic supremacy of their own nation. The CSA however is aware that there is much to be gained for both parties in opening up communication with Earth, particularly at this time in our histories. Our goal is to eventually establish open dialogue between Earth's governments and the CSA. Obviously, this will take some time! At the moment, we do not think this project will be identified as an attempt at "first contact" on the part of Tetro, since past research has indicated that the implications of the site's existence will most likely be ignored or not taken seriously by most Earth-dwelling Humans. When the time is right, we will gradually add content to the site that contains incontrovertible proof of Tetro's existence, at which point the hope is that the people of Earth will embrace the knowledge of their sister planet. We are very optimistic about the outcome of this project, as we believe it has great potential to change the course of history for the better, both for Humanity and Frelianity.

Before you can do more than simply browse the site, you will need to become a member. Once you have verified your e-mail address and logged in for the first time, a good place to start is the Community Portal. Here you can find lots of interesting things to do, as well as descriptions of some of our minor projects; we are looking for help with many of them from curious, open-minded Humans like yourself! Additionally, you are encouraged to use the Discussion tabs of each page to ask relevant questions, make comments, and suggest improvements. You can communicate with the administrators directly by writing on their Talk pages.

Our current admins are Alexis Elpry, a Tetrian Human who is the lead coordinator for the project on Earth, and Ari Sapon-White, a college student from the United States who has been one of the CSA's contacts on Earth in the past.
